She specializes in supporting nurses, doctors, police, firefighters, EMTs, and healthcare professionals, helping them elevate their careers and improve their quality of life.

Recognizing the rapid changes and increasing challenges in the healthcare and public sectors, Christie sought to make a deeper impact. In 2024, she founded Healthcare Moves\u2014a boutique consulting firm dedicated to providing personalized strategies for care providers experiencing burnout, disengagement, or simply seeking a more balanced and fulfilling life.
